1, Instrument Introduction
This instrument is a brand new instrument for measuring BOD in water based on manometric method. It can independently detect bottle caps and simulate the reaction process of the standard HJ505-2009. It is manufactured according to the international standard ISO9408-1999 and is particularly suitable for detecting water quality BOD indicators, selecting water treatment processes, and simulating water treatment processes. 2, Functional Features
1) The testing time is flexible and controllable, with options for 1-30 days of testing time and 1-10 hours of constant temperature waiting time;
2) Each test cap can be individually set with sample parameters, and a single test cap can record 100 historical records, automatically overwriting old data;
3) Support 1-6 sample detection, using a microprocessor control system to automatically complete the measurement process without the need for dedicated personnel supervision, Independent timing;
4) Range 0-4000mg/L, supports 8 range sampling options, detects concentration through direct reading, displays BOD value directly without conversion, and achieves more accurate low range measurements with hardware upgrades;
5) The test cap is equipped with a CR-P2 battery and a 1.5-inch OLED screen, which can run independently. It supports viewing detection data, data curve graphs, and other information. A brief power outage on the host has no impact on the test;
6) The host base comes with a 6-unit electromagnetic stirring function to ensure even distribution of samples during the experiment, making the detection results more accurate;
7) The host is pre-set with 7 indicator lights, which can visually view the power supply and electromagnetic stirring operation status;
8) Compliant with the national standard HJ505-2009 reaction process, manufactured based on ISO9408-1999, using a mercury free differential pressure method, with no mercury pollution and accurate and reliable data;
